A wrongful death lawsuit filed against Vanderbilt Medical Center VUMC in Nashville, TN. Cummings Law represents on behalf of the family of patient Chesta Shoemaker who died in the hospital caused by medical malpractice.

The lawsuit claims that Dr. Edwards who took the operation was not experienced enough to be permitted to attempt the said procedure.
